Here are some of the most frequently asked questions....

A. Our system has a much higher success rate, we can clean any DPF providing it is not melted or broken and we can remove ash from the DPF which no tank additive or spray will achieve.
A. These can be left in or removed, whichever is easiest for you, sensors being in or out will not affect cleaning nor testing.
A. Providing you have no mechanical issues and the vehicle is being driven properly it will not need to be re-cleaned until it has a high as content which varies from vehicle to vehicle.
A. We aim to have all DPFs back to you within 72 hours.
A. You don’t, simply call us and we will arrange collection. Our service starts as soon as you book in your DPF to be collected.
A. Our specialist engineers do multiple tests before cleaning if they note any problems one of our team will contact you.
